ONmetrics publishes London, Ontario Real Estate Agency Guide as an independent directory of real estate agency businesses in London, Ontario. Scores come from public review data, computed under the published rubric on the scoring method page, and the same rubric applies to every business. These terms govern your use of the site.

Information, not endorsement

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Enquiries and referral fees

The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.

If your business is listed here

If your business is listed on this site and a detail is wrong, or you want to dispute a score or request removal, the process is set out in our listing policy.

What you may not do

Use the site to research businesses and send genuine enquiries. Scraping or republishing the compiled directory content, submitting false enquiries, interfering with the site’s operation, and any unlawful use are all prohibited.

Ownership of content

The compiled directory, editorial text, scores, and presentation are owned by ONmetrics. The underlying reviews belong to their authors and remain on the platforms where they were published; we store derived analysis, not review text. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONmetrics accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Applicable law

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of Canada and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms
