London, Ontario Real Estate Agency Guide is a directory that pulls business details from public sources and scores each real estate agency using one fixed rubric applied to Google reviews. Your listing is built and maintained free of charge. No payment can alter your score or position in the directory. This page explains how to fix factual errors, challenge the data behind your score, or ask for your listing to be removed. The full rubric is published under scoring method.

Fixing factual details

Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can be corrected. Send the correct information along with proof: your website, Google Business Profile, or another official source we can check. Once applied, the correction survives all future updates to the directory.

Challenging your score

Scores are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming that the underlying data is incorrect, such as reviews wrongly matched to your business, a different agency's profile confused with yours, or our summary misreading what customers actually wrote. A dispute asks us to re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. Disputes are not requests for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Your listing may be removed if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or if your agency falls outside this directory's scope. An accurate and in-scope listing will not be removed on request, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.

How quickly we respond

Every request gets a response within 5 business days. Approved removals are processed within 7 days. If we decline your request, we tell you why.
