What this directory is
London, Ontario Real Estate Agency Guide is an independent directory covering 300 real estate agency businesses across London, Ontario. It exists for people trying to shortlist a local agent or brokerage without spending a weekend scrolling through disconnected websites and review pages. Whether you’re selling a house in Old South, buying near Masonville, or just comparing commission structures, the goal is to give you one place to see how agencies stack up against each other on the same terms.
We are also, plainly, a place where you can ask to be connected with a provider. More on that below.
Where the listing data comes from
Every profile starts with public business information: registration details, contact information, service areas, years active, and similar facts that agencies themselves publish or file. We then synthesise recent Google reviews for each business to understand overall sentiment and recurring themes. We do not copy or republish the review text itself. Instead, we summarize the patterns and link out to the business’s Google listing so you can read the original reviews in full and form your own view.
How rankings work
Rankings on this site come from a published rubric applied consistently across all 300 agencies, using the data described above (business facts plus synthesised review sentiment). A listed agency can request corrections to its own factual details (address, phone number, service areas, licensing info) at any time. What it cannot do is edit its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. Those are calculated the same way for every business, and self-reported corrections never touch them.
Sponsorship, kept separate
Some agencies pay to appear as featured placements. These are always labelled “Sponsored,” displayed in a distinct section from the earned rankings, and never allowed to move or replace a business’s actual ranked position. If you see a ranking number next to a listing, that number was earned under the rubric, full stop.
Enquiries and referrals
Beyond browsing, this site generates enquiries for local providers. When you ask to be matched with an agency, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that introduction. Referral arrangements never affect scores or earned rankings; the two systems don’t talk to each other. Full disclosure on how that works lives on the quote page you’ll see when you submit a request.
Who’s behind it
This directory is published by ONmetrics, which has run local business comparison sites since 2015. Editorial oversight of the rankings sits with Sana Tan, Editorial Lead, who maintains the rubric and reviews how it’s applied across listings. Data is refreshed monthly, and each listing carries a “last verified” stamp so you can see when it was last checked rather than take freshness on faith.

- Does a higher-ranked agency pay to be there?
- No. Earned rankings come only from the published rubric applied to public business data and synthesised review sentiment. Sponsored placements are shown separately and labelled as such, and they never change a business's earned rank.
- Can an agency remove a bad review or change its score?
- An agency can correct factual details about its own listing, like address or service area. It cannot edit its sentiment summary, score, or ranking, since those are calculated the same way for every listed business.
- What happens when I ask to be matched with an agency?
